Do you do special orders?
Yes! Head to Special Orders to put in your request. Give us 48 hours to get back to you and confirm we can order in the title(s) you've requested and another 7-10 business days to bring it in.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items, like Used Books (in-store). These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?
Books are printed around the world. As much as possible we work with Canadian distributors to bring in the books we have in stock. We also prioritize Canadian and local as much as we can, particularly with our non-book products.We carefully select our supplier and vendor partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Do you carry used books?
Yes! But only in-store. Our used collection moves quickly and is always changing. It will only be available in-store.
